Using this website means accepting what follows. It is short by design and takes away none of your statutory rights.
1. Purpose of this website
It describes Nordhavn Terrace: the rooms, the kitchen, the cellar, the neighbourhood, and how to reach reception. It is not a reservation system and never processes money.
2. Enquiries and confirmation
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance by clicking. A stay exists only once we have written confirming dates, room, and total price, and you have replied accepting it.
Rates on this website are guidance and vary by season and availability. The figure in your confirmation email governs.
3. Cancellation
Normally forty-eight hours before arrival, extended to seventy-two hours during festival weekends and public holidays. Your confirmation states which applies. Cancelling inside the window may incur one night's charge.
4. Conduct
- Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Smoking is outdoors only, away from doors and windows.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause.
- We may require anyone threatening or harassing guests or staff to leave without refund.
5. The card room
Entry is limited to people aged eighteen or over, or the legal age where they live if higher, with photographic identification required at every entry. Access is optional, separate from accommodation, and never included in any rate.
No gambling is offered, accepted, or arranged through this website. Venues on the strip are independent businesses under their own licences and we are not responsible for them.
6. Accuracy
We keep this website current, but hours, prices, and neighbourhood details change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on before travelling.
7. Liability
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and anything else the law does not permit us to exclude. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
8. Third parties
Businesses mentioned here are named for convenience and pay us nothing. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or prices.
